I have been actively investing in Real Estate since 2007 when I bought my first single family investment property 4 years out of college. At the time I was working for my Family’s construction company. In 2010 I became a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner. By building amd managing a well designed team of agents I was able to sale the agency in late 2013. At that time I had positioned myself to jump into Real Estate Investing Full Time. Since then I have carried between 2 and $6M in single family, multi family, and small commercial real estate. I have extensive experience in analyzing real estate purchases for investment purposes. I have raised millions in private equity to fund my projects and I have sold over 300 investment properties to other investors since 2015.
