Providing various preconstruction services and estimating support for a variety of markets.My duties include working with Owners, Architects, Designers, Engineers and Subcontractors to ensure that we maximize the project’s scope, for the Owner’s given budget. I provide estimating and preconstruction services throughout Nebraska and at a National level. My estimating experience spans a wide array of construction projects including the markets of Higher Education, Government, General Commercial Buildings, Tenant Finish Out/Renovations, Healthcare and Industrial work for large Oil and Gas companies.I’m experienced with using visualization tools including Revit, On Screen Takeoff, Navisworks and other Building Information Modeling software.Some of the services we provide are continuous real-time estimating, detailed budgetary cost estimates, milestone estimates at SD, DD, and CD phases, option and alternate pricing, life-cycle cost analysis, value engineering, LEED documentation, constructability analysis and scheduling.
