Serve as company Laser Safety Officer. • Understand any/all potential safety and environmental hazards used/present at all sites, take steps to reduce the use of problematic materials and to mitigate any potential safety and environmental health hazards all while complying with strict FDA requirements. • Manage the sites Title V Air Permit and the tasks involved for continued compliance • Direct the company’s waste program including hazardous, biohazardous and general refuse. • Create and maintain program management systems to ensure various Safety and Environmental Health certifications, accreditation\'s, and compliance efforts are developed and continuously improved. • Lead various communications committees to ensure the development of strategic Environmental Health & Safety communications for use with internal and external customers. • Provide leadership and direction to fulfill the company’s continuous process improvement program, including measurement systems, benchmarking, and surveys.
