Achievements- Nominated for Deloitte\'s New Gen CFO programme 2024 Cohort- Nominated by two banks for Adam Smith Awards in 2024 (Treasury Transformation and Use of Technology)- Led execution of private lender term loan tranche to finance $600m acquisition in the US, negotiating favourable terms and PIK facility. 15 months in, negotiated a significant margin adjustment during call premium period ahead of planned refinance- Led banking transformation, delivering a new centralised Global Cash Pool using a Physical and Virtual (in countries available) bank account structure. Rationalising banking partners from +40 to less than 10. Set up a new Finance Company as a In House Bank and Global Cash Pool Owner in the UK- Set up a new global receivable financing program to improve cash conversion and working capital management- Designed a new tax target operating model and transformation roadmap including team design and profiling, recruitment, reset roles & responsiblities in a co-sourced environment. Setting strategy for insource, outsoure, onshore and offshore activities- Designed and delivered a RFP process for the Global Tax Advisor role driving cost control, enabling solutions and delivery effectiveness- Rewrote Global Tax Policy, Tax Strategy, Tax Risk Registers and Control Framework- Developed cash taxes forecast and ETR modelling to drive cash tax benefits, minimise interest restrictions and seek incentives / reliefs where applicable- Assessed Pillar 2 impact, data gap analysis and safe harbor assessment ahead of first return due in 2026
