My products have saved millions of dollars for Allstate and we\'re just getting started. I excel at long term strategic thinking, roadmap creation, and tactical execution. I enjoy coaching, collaborating, partnering to tackle complex and challenging problems.I worked with others to start an Agile XP tech lab, infused with product management practices. While the lab culture has grown to other locations across Allstate, I\'ve continued to act as lab manager for the Tempe office. In this role I advocate for agile practices and cloud native engineering patterns, hire staff, as well as monitor team performance and health.
