The Retail Coach is a national commercial real estate consulting, market research and development firm that combines strategy, technology and creative expertise to develop and deliver high-impact retail recruitment and development strategies to local governments, chambers of commerce and economic development organizations. We work closely alongside brokers, private investors, and developers to foster economic development within the cities we partner with. The Retail Coach as a whole has worked in over cities in 45 states since its founding in As a Project Manager, Nick has worked in over 30 different cities across 12 different states, facilitating numerous deals within each market.
