To network and introduce new customers.• Points Based System and Global Business Mobility casework including Innovator, Start Up, Global Talent, Specialist / Expansion / Secondment workers, High Potential Individuals and Skilled Worker categories• Compliance and Sponsor Management duties such as licence applications, SMS reporting and client audits• Provision of strategic advice and right to work checks• Completion of legal forms, drafting representation letters, consulting, and liaising with clients via email, meetings and telephone• Assisting with individual immigration enquiries within the rules such as Family & Private Life cases, UK Ancestry, Visitors, ILR and British nationalityBusiness Development• Presentation at own / shared seminars and HR forums• Attending networking events and increasing Migrate UK’s contact database• Contacting potential and current customers to establish rapport, arrange meetings and make aware of our services
