About Nick Aden

Nick has gained over 20 years of project management experience in complex healthcare and water treatment plant construction. He has led large, multifaceted projects requiring extensive coordination from initial planning through completion. His experience spans new ground-up hospitals, major healthcare master facility expansions, operating rooms, NICU upgrades, tenant improvements, shell buildouts, underground utility upgrades, cogeneration and central utility plants, pneumatic tube systems, integrated transformer replacements, and both clean water treatment and municipal infrastructure projects. In addition to his project management expertise, Nick has supported Joint Commission documentation audits and survey preparations related to the Environment of Care and Life Safety standards for construction activities.As an owner’s representative, Nick has successfully managed architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors on projects delivered through traditional design-bid-build, target value delivery, IPD light, design-build, progressive design-build, and design-assist methods. He has contributed to projects ranging from $1 million to $750 million in both the public and private sectors, consistently ensuring alignment between design intent, budget, and operational outcomes.
