I\'ve taken a front seat to help steer the evolution of Roxhill Media from an early start-up, to being now firmly established as the leading media database within UK. My key role has been to serve the teams, to plan ahead, to ensure they can deliver their agreed aims without blockers. Specific responsibilities include- Finances: Clarity on cashflow and producing a relevant set of numbers for internal and investor scrutiny- Tech platform: Leading the Design, Development, Devops and QA of the product build. Constantly prioritising the delivery of the product roadmap, to balance the demands of multiple stakeholders- People: Engaging, motivating, and training our most important asset- Operations - IT, data, legal & contractual, office - changing, improving processes and systems to respond to the challenges of growth.
