I have been in the construction and Home Improvement industry for over 17 years. my educational background in construction and Facilities Management affords me the opportunity to be able to interpret the MEP and BIM of commercial industrial and institutional facilities. my ground-up construction experience comes from me having being the overseer of a green Technology Building where as heating solar panels and radiant heat was the sustainability. my detailed eye for finished products and all trades and divisions comes from hands-on experience. I am well-rounded in the construction industry such as engineering a project, take off, schedule, budget, safety, problem resolution, contractual agreement, blueprint and plans reading and interpretation, shop drawing, and all relevancy to having a finished product. I shadow the president of the construction managers of New England on a 67 million dollar School renovation and build-out as his QA and QC safety inspector. in 2004 I headed up an environmental cleanup team of over a hundred Forty-Eight individuals working at Yale University after the law library had a minor explosion. we accomplish that task and finished it 3 weeks ahead of time and within budget. I am a motivator self starter team player and a professional individual that will take on any and all projects from beginning to completion. due to my experience in the industry I have self-perform on several projects to complete punch list O&M manuals and turn key operation. I have trained individuals in the RRP industry as a consultant with Zoda safety out of Minnesota. safety never takes a day off and adherence is key.
