This position serves as a tremendous opportunity to live out the Owner/Operator lifestyle at a free-standing CFA restaurant. Ownership over all aspects of a consistently thriving multimillion-dollar quick-service restaurant. Key responsibilities include- Create, sustain, and establish expectations for the executive leadership team to align with business goals- Create a talent structure that focuses on attracting, selecting, retaining, and developing high-performance individuals and results- Ensure a world-class guest experience by maintaining exemplary cleanliness and safety standards, high-quality and great-tasting food, fast and accurate service, and genuine hospitality at all touchpoints of the guest experience- Develop and execute systems, processes, and strategies to drive sales growth and profitability, while overseeing inventory management to optimize resources and minimize waste- Lead community outreach initiatives to build meaningful connections and support local projects.Cultivate partnerships with local vendors and collaborate with corporate support staff to enhance business outcomes- Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and team engagement, to build and sustain a high-performing workforce- Leverage high-level analytics and tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions that align with business objectives.
