   I love being a small business owner. As the leader of this small corporation, I wear many hats and maintain many daily responsibilities to help NiLo continue to function and grow. Our main focus is to capture, edit, and produce high quality video products. This is our sole and most basic purpose. But, to have a successful business I know the importance of being able to direct and execute financial planning through budget and market forecasts, maintaining relevant/current branding and client focused communications. In order to stay relevant in our local market, I also build niche-marketing strategies based upon market needs and assessments, manage our social media strategies, website, and blog. There are so many small jobs that go unrecognized, but all are so vital as a small business owner.I take great pride in every one of them!
