The fusion of storytelling and strategy has been Katherine\'s professional focus. She\'s an author and longtime journalist with experience in corporate communications, marketing, branding, operations efficiencies, and capital raise narratives for real estate development and luxury hospitality firms. Her narrative nonfiction book, Deep Water, was published by Simon & Schuster and is one of several projects optioned for screen adaptation. She is currently writing scripts based on her own creative works. Previously, she wrote and co-produced long-format sports shows for ESPN and was the co-producer, writer, and on-camera host for a 40-episode adventure travel television series throughout Hawaii and the Pacific Islands. A personal essay, drawn from a narrative nonfiction manuscript in progress, was recently published in New York Magazine\'s The Cut: Katherine earned an M.B.A. from Yale School of Management after previously completing a Master’s degree and B.A. in literature at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated in three years and was co-captain of the intercollegiate cross-country and track teams. An athlete since age 7, she is a five-time qualifier and finisher of the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii, and a sub-three-hour marathoner.
