Passionate about planning and developing great communities.Through thoughtful master development, regulations, economically-viable solutions, and broad-based planning for the future we can improve the lives of all people in our communities. Experienced city planner with more than 18 years in the industry. My passion and work focuses on innovative policy and design solutions for municipalities\' regulatory and long-range planning challenges. Self-motivated professional, educated and experienced, in the multifaceted community policy, land planning, and entitlement discipline. As a planner I have focused on high-caliber project delivery ensuring the Client experience is positive and exceeds the desired outcomes. I strive to find customized great places through design, visioning, progressive regulatory solutions, and collaborative project development. Career experience has included specific plan, EIR, and entitlement document/design guideline management. This experience has been consistently supported by my work as a project manager, working closely with interdisciplinary teams on long-term planning with site and master planning design.
