ABOUT NICHOLE MARBURY

I help people make sense of new systems and use technology with confidenceI’ve built my career around helping people make sense of technology that initially feels confusing, frustrating, or overwhelming. My work sits at the intersection of implementation, adoption, and enablement, helping teams roll out new systems, adjust to workflow changes, and feel more confident using technology in their day-to-day work. My experience spans higher education, healthcare, and enterprise environments, where I’ve supported onboarding, software rollouts, migration efforts, technical training, documentation, and change adoption across platforms like Canvas, Canvas Catalog, Epic, Banner, Microsoft 365, and emerging Generative AI tools. What I do best is take something complex and make it usable. I build frameworks, guides, learning resources, and support processes that help people move from confusion to confidence. I care about helping people find those light bulb moments where a system starts to click and they can use it in ways that actually meet their needs. More recently, I’ve found myself especially drawn to work that sits closer to product adoption and implementation. I’m interested in thoughtful software, strong onboarding experiences, and helping organizations get real value from the systems they invest in. At the center of my work is a simple goal: help people navigate change, learn what they need, and feel supported in the process.
