About Nichole Kurz
I\'m an experienced Human Resources Professional working for a software as a service (SaaS) technology company. I believe people are an organization\'s greatest asset. I enjoy helping people and learning from others. I love learning about the newest hr technology trends. I am enthusiastic about growing and gaining new skills on my HR journey. My time as a scholarship athlete on the Division 1 Women\'s Varsity Volleyball team at Northeastern University has prepared me to thrive in a team environment. I can collaborate with all different personality types and I enjoy healthy competition!When I am not working you can find me either coaching or playing volleyball. I currently volunteer my time coaching with the nonprofit Starlings Volleyball Clubs, USA. My goal as a coach is to teach the sport of volleyball to the younger generation of female athletes and demonstrate with hard work, determination, and motivation the possibilities are endless. I continue to develop great leadership skills from coaching volleyball!
