Currently a Director of Admissions with a background in marketing and communications, I’ve led digital campaigns, brand storytelling, and community engagement to drive growth and strengthen brand presence. A key part of my work has always been building and maintaining strong relationships — whether with students, families, or community partners — to create meaningful connections and trust.Outside of education, I’ve also worked as a freelance hair and makeup artist — a passion that’s fueled my desire to pivot into the beauty industry full time. I’m especially drawn to roles in brand marketing, influencer strategy, and content creation, where I can blend my creative eye, marketing experience, and relationship-building skills.Now actively exploring opportunities in beauty marketing where I can bring my strategic mindset, people-first approach, and industry passion to a brand I believe in.

   Recruitment & Admissions- Leads the recruitment and enrollment of a minimum of 200 freshmen annually, managing the full admissions lifecycle from outreach to onboarding- Oversees all transfer student admissions (~50 annually), including interviews, tours, registration, and evaluating fit in consultation with athletic coaches and other departments- Conducts ~20 annual feeder school visits (30–80 students per visit) and maintains strong relationships with principals and staff at partner schools- Coordinates and delivers 4+ private family tours per week year-round, providing a personalized experience- Directly supervises an administrative assistant responsible for processing all 9th-grade applications and auditing new student files.Events & Community Engagement- Plans and executes large-scale admissions events, including Open House (500+ attendees) and Spartan Preview (300+ incoming freshmen & families), overseeing all logistics, operations, and cross-departmental collaboration- Collaborates with campus ministry, fine arts, academics, and other departments to support and promote community events, ensuring alignment with school goals and delivering clear communications to stakeholders- Oversees and choreographs mascot appearances at events, recruiting and training student performers and handlers to deliver engaging, memorable experiences.Marketing & Communications- Produces all digital ads, print collateral, and promotional materials to support admissions and community events- Manages and grows the school’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, achieving a 40% increase in engagement on Instagram- Maintains and updates the school’s contact database, ensuring accurate records for students and families- Serves as the lead communicator for the admissions office, crafting and disseminating clear, timely information to prospective students, families, and feeder schools.
