My experience offers a decade of hands on experience in multiple aspects of the new home building industry as I literally started from the ground up as an executive assistant to a Division President for a major builder. He became my mentor who encouraged me to get my real estate license and leave my position as his assistant and join the sales team. As Division Sales Manager and Broker, I bring a results driven approach to sales management that I developed with strategic planning and goal setting with my team members. My mission is to encourage a collaborative team environment where individuals are empowered to excel in a team environment while developing and improving their skill sets to achieve their personal as well as team goals. This approach leads to achieving the company’s goals and create thriving, successful communities and a spirit of team camaraderie among the individuals.While I was at William Homes, I had the challenge to revive 3 underperforming neighborhoods that were stagnant and not achieving their sales goals. I turned these neighborhoods around by creating partnerships among the various teams of sales, construction and customer service to meet our goals and provide our buyers with a stellar home buying experience. The end result is we achieved sold out communities with a high rate of customer satisfaction while developing partnerships with local real estate brokers to achieve this success!
