   Accountable for the vision, strategy, and execution of digital transformation and Centers of Excellence (CoE) across matrixed teams while simultaneously executing the buildout of high-profile CoEs.• Co-developed the Chief Nursing Officer of Optum Health Strategic objective and business priorities for Centers of Excellence with the goal of onboarding 32 Care Delivery Organizations to each CoE built.• Led the development of 5 Centers of Excellence across Optum Health and scaled the Ops Excellence team to drive the start of 3 additional Common Capability builds. o Developed a scalable Safety Program Center of Excellence with five capabilities across 7 business units and scaled from 3,500 to 7,500 field clinicians by the end of 2023. o Co-led the development of a scalable Workforce Innovation Center of Excellence with 4 capabilities, supporting 4 business units and 600+ field clinicians.• Defining the vision and strategy for digital transformation encompassing everything from business process analysis and re-engineering to data and systems thinking all leading to the execution of over $10MM in year savings during year 0.• Defined and executing on the Automation strategy in alignment with how we thing about digital transformation on the Ops Excellence team. Estimates of automation opportunities currently identified equate to $5MM in year 0.• Created the transformation technology and data strategy with execution plans in alignment with overarching organizational strategies.
