I am a BSN-trained Registered Nurse with extensive experience in high-acuity clinical assessment, symptom interpretation, documentation accuracy, and structured communication across hospital, post-acute, and community-based settings. I bring more than 20 years of prior LPN experience, which shaped a strong foundation in bedside care, clinical judgment, and patient-centered communication before advancing into my RN and educator roles.My background includes neurology, dialysis, hospice, behavioral health, wound and ostomy care, infection prevention, and staff development. I specialize in recognizing subtle clinical changes, identifying early deterioration, and guiding patients and teams through clear, evidence-informed next steps.Across multiple educator and leadership roles, I have strengthened staff competency, delivered clinical training, improved workflows, and supported regulatory readiness through accurate documentation and safety-focused processes.Alongside clinical practice, I develop patient education content and structured healthcare writing that translates complex information into clear, accessible communication.
