Managed performance of participating project staff to ensure efficient turnaround and quality deliverables.• Developed background reports, proposals, sponsorship plans, campaign reports, and other documents to ensure clear-cut paths to success for our partner companies.• Regularly led solicitation meetings, gave corporate presentations, and conducted staff and volunteer trainings.• Worked directly with local community leaders, stakeholders, and organizations to look for ways to partner.
