   Lead the firm’s AI governance, legal technology integration, workflow automation, and internal training initiatives — developing the systems and operational infrastructure that keep things running at peak efficiency. Passionate about modernizing processes, probably more than is strictly normal.On the transactional side, I provide substantive support across corporate, technology, finance, and real estate matters — drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, M&A and venture financing documents, development contracts, and IP and licensing arrangements, while assisting attorneys in structuring deals, negotiation strategy, and client advisement.Also well-versed in business formation, due diligence, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and matters involving federal Indian law, tribal sovereignty, and economic development. Litigation drafting and strategic research make regular appearances too.I build the custom tools and use them on actual legal work, which keeps things honest. Being both builder and practitioner means everything gets tested in the trenches — not just in theory. End-to-end ownership, internal training, and the actual legal work too.
