Schick Razors- Blades Department A senior member of the Quality team that will partner with both internal and externalcustomers, to ensure that we meet all regulatory requirements. Lead Quality team members. May act as internal consultant providing technical guidance on projects. Will lead projects and investigations. Will utilize appropriate investigative tools, good engineering design and GMP’s wheninvestigating issues and recommending corrective actions. Accountable for meeting all assigned Quality Engineering deliverables. Ensure the quality of products produced is consistent with company Quality standards Ensure the Quality Unit is functioning efficiently by assessing current processes andidentifying ways to streamline or improve. Ensure the timely closure of Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA)investigations, on-going investigations and other non-conformance investigations. Support appropriate product development quality related projects: internal and external. Creates and presents reports for management, and other internal groups. Reports includetrip, audit, and current status. Effectively investigate consumer complaints (customer/consumer) to meet applicablestandard operating procedures. Expert application of complex problem solving in a structured method. Ability to use statistics and Quality Engineering tools (i.e. FMEA, DOE, SPC and MSA)to solve problems and recommend/lead CAPA. Conducts quality audits on appropriate regulatory and procedural requirements. Ability to effectively interact with vendors, contract manufacturers, suppliers and crossfunctional teams relative to quality issues. Ability to write, review, revise and approve Quality SOP’s. Ability to review and approve New Product specifications, Bill of Materials, PackagingAssembly Specs, Non-Conformance Reports and Deviations Ability to travel to other company locations and external vendor sites if needed.
