I advocate for States, State-owned entities, businesses and individuals in high-stakes international disputes. I have delivered victories for clients in State-State disputes, investor-State arbitration, and commercial arbitration. I also frequently act in US courts, specializing in the enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign judgments and foreign sovereign immunity.
