About Nicholas Panaro
Nick Panaro is the Director of Financial Advisor Team Formation and Analytics at UBS. In addition to supporting our most accomplished Signature Teams, Nick will also help Financial Advisors effectively partner, thrive at grow at the firm. Nick also serves as the UBS East Division Teaming Manager.Most recently Nick served as the UBS Branch Manager in Princeton, NJ. Nick led an office of 24 Financial Advisors, focusing on business planning, coaching and driving NNM. Prior to Princeton, Nick served as Assistant Market Head in two UBS Markets: Washington DC & Northern NJ. Throughout his time in the field, Nick worked closely with Financial Advisors and Team Associates to understand their needs and help achieve their goals. Leveraging his experience in Lincoln Harbor, Nick delivered the full suite of UBS’s capabilities to our FA Teams and the clients they serve. Nick is passionate about developing Advisor teams and enhancing the experience of our Clients. Nick began his career at UBS in 2008, in Financial Advisor Recruiting. Nick also worked in National Sales and Fixed Income Solutions. In each of these roles he sought to align our sales strategy with the firm’s Intellectual Capital to drive meaningful outcomes for the field.Through UBS, Nick serves as a mentor to a U.S. Air Force veteran in the ACP Mentor program, is a partner to the UBS-SEO College Scholars program, and an ally with UBS Pride. Nick graduated from Bucknell University and lives in Hoboken, NJ with his wife Laura, and their dog, Mary.
