As the Head of Technical Services at NUVIA, I lead and grow a team of 30+ professionals who provide engineering and consultancy solutions for the nuclear energy sector. With 15 years of experience in the industry, I am a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and a member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.I am passionate about developing the nuclear energy industry and its role in achieving a low-carbon future for the next generation. I have successfully brokered new frameworks and managed key client relationships, as well as contributed to international conferences and publications on nuclear plant life management and digital technology. In parallel to my work, I also chair The Spark! Contest, a platform that connects today\'s leaders of the clean energy sector with tomorrow\'s talent. I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams, and leveraging my engineering, language, and entrepreneurial skills to create value and impact.
