Primary Responsibilities- Partner with Financial Professionals, Sales, Marketing, and IT to understand and document user requirements and oversee system implementation- Serve as the internal CRM champion and primary point of contact with external software vendors- Perform all administrative functions for the CRM system including adding/removing users, changing security, managing data feeds, coordinating & monitoring integrations with internal and external systems, updating data values, adjusting workflows, creating new reports/dashboards, etc- Stay informed on the latest digital technologies and processes to increase CRM optimization- Drive the process of identifying and implementing CRM system enhancements and continuous improvements- Act as central point of contact for all change requests and work with business leadership to assess and implement as directed- Develop and execute test plans for CRM upgrades/releases/new features- Conduct system training and ensure user adherence to defined processes- Monitor and optimize user adoption to achieve business objectives- Provide end user support by troubleshooting and resolving system issues- Evaluate CRM data quality and work with users to implement required corrections.
