About Nicholas Lorence
After graduating college, I had no idea what to do for a career, or where to start. My good friends worked with AIL and told me they thought that I would be a good fit so I checked it out and knew after the interview that I had found a home and a career to grow into. I was hired in December of 2007 and have been promoted several times and my last promotion landed me the State Director role here in Dallas. I am married and I have 2 young children and our lives have been forever changed because of this opportunity. Our goal now is to serve others and help impact lives just as ours have been impacted!
