With over 10 years of experience in leading and growing start-ups in various industries, I am a seasoned leader with a passion for innovation and impact. I have a proven track record of launching and scaling new ventures, optimizing operations, and driving revenue growth in the healthcare sector and beyond.Most recently, I led the company-wide strategy and execution at Bisla, a school-based service provider under the Elemy brand. Under my leadership, Bisla became the fastest and top performing business line within Elemy, growing from 50 to 200+ clinical providers and 4x revenue over three quarters with positive EBITDA. I also leveraged my skills in digital marketing, analytics, and user experience to increase customer acquisition and retention. Prior to that, I led the New Ventures team at Elemy and Cold Start, where I researched and sourced dozens of potential expansion opportunities and helped to launch five successful portfolio companies. I am adept at building and managing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence, and delivering results that exceed expectations.
