ABOUT NICHOLAS POLCE

I\'m extremely versatile in a broad spectrum of disciplines including networking, video surveillance, security, systems and storage. As a solutions architect, I help customers in a variety of different capacities from both a pre-sales and post-sales perspective. I provide customers validated technology designs that align with industry standards and best practices to help them meet their business goals through technology adoption. I help keep customers up to speed on the latest technologies and trends by performing routine technology product updates and trainings with customers. I help customers prioritize their technology budgets and provide a technology roadmaps complete with anticipated IT budget expenses and total cost of ownership documentation. One of my key strengths and often most sought out expertise from our clients base, is my knowledge and experience with cutting edge and emerging voice, video and collaboration solutions. Within the physical security arena I also have expertise in security camera deployment and have assisted other key industries in the public and transportation sectors with large scale, complex video camera solutions. I hold a CCNA route/switch, CCNA Security, CCDA, CMNA and Axis ACP. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and a Masters of Science degree in Cyber Security from Utica College.
