My perspective is built on a dual foundation. As a Sales Leader in global banking, I learned firsthand what drives revenue and what stalls execution on the front lines. In high-tech manufacturing, I took those insights to the macro level deconstructing ambiguity to build the robust frameworks and operational engines that power scalable growth.Today, my focus is bridging the gap between human talent and AI transformation.I believe that AI is the ultimate leverage for efficiency, but it requires human intuition to direct it. I design enablement strategies that allow these new tools to solve old problems, freeing up talent to focus on high-value innovation rather than administrative friction.Ultimately, I view business enablement as a lever for broader impact. Whether in a global corporation or a local community, well-designed systems create stability and progress. My goal is to leave every ecosystem and the people working within it more functional, effective, and empowered than I found them.
