About Nick Coley
I am a Salesforce Solutions Architect at Cloud for Good, a Salesforce partner which works with higher education institutions and nonprofit organizations to create transformational value with Salesforce.My own Salesforce development experience in my current and prior roles includes multiple years of full-stack Salesforce customization encompassing front-end, back-end, platform, and integration development. With a background across multiple types of projects and project roles, I have also acquired skill sets in technical architecture and documentation, system integrations, data architecture, and technical team organization. In addition to my capabilities as a developer, my consulting experience has included on-site client discoveries, requirements analysis, solution proposal creation, and Salesforce best practices consulting for Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.Before moving into the Salesforce space, my previous experience included 6 years of database design and administration (SQL Server and Access), and 4 years experience as a.NET developer (C# and ASP.NET). Additional experiences and skills I have gained include civil engineering research and publishing of peer-reviewed articles, data analysis and processing algorithms, GIS (ArcGIS), and student information system (SIS) development.
