I conducted additive manufacturing research for U.S. Army Natick. Recently this has involved developing AI-driven process simulation, certification, and control algorithms for large-scale 3D printers. This work has also involved prototyping, 3D modeling, 3D printing, conducting finite element analyses, wholistic build analyses of AM parts with finite element process simulation, and working directly under research engineers. This work has also given me experience in writing technical reports and conducting literature reviews.
