As a Partner in the Business Litigation group in Parker Poe\'s Charlotte Office, my practice is focused on complex commercial litigation. I represent plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters, including cases related to trade secrets and other intellectual property, securities fraud, corporate governance, business torts, white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and foreign trade zones. I handle cases in state and federal courts and also conduct arbitrations. I am also a member of Parker Poe’s Manufacturing and Distribution Industry Team and the Sports & Entertainment Industry Team.I completed a federal clerkship in the Western District of North Carolina. Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked for nearly eight years in the construction industry marketing and selling commercial heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment.
