I have over three years of experience in this role, and I have successfully raised over through more than 100 partners by connecting and effectively casting vision for the work.I also manage a team of staff who mentor college students, implement projects, and work with self-started schedules. I train them both in competency and character, using creative methods such as one-on-one meetings, group sessions, and on-site coaching. Additionally, I am a conflict resolution specialist, and I use this skill to foster healthy and productive relationships among my team and the students we serve. I am passionate about serving and empowering others, and I strive to do everything with excellence and loyalty.
