Oversee and manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements-Prepare and present detailed financial reports to seniormanagement and stakeholders, including cash flow projections and regulatory financial reports-Manage the financial close process, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and adhering to FCA reporting requirements-Ensure compliance with complex regulatory frameworks, including managing the reconciliation of cash flows for trading, investment, and principal dealings-Oversee all financial reporting to the FCA in addition to internal financial activities involved in the Firm’s ICARA process, ensuring adherence to capital adequacy and liquidity requirements-Monitor and assess the firm\'s financial position, including overseeing capital management and risk controls in alignment with FCA regulations, whilst providing ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and input into the Firm’s regulatory committees and Board-Develop and maintain internal controls & risk management, taking ownership of the finance risk register and reporting-Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls and proceduresto ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance-Work closely with the Compliance Officer and Risk team to identify, assess, and mitigate any financial risks related to the firm\'s trading activities-Lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity management for the business, ensuring adequate capital reserves are maintained for operational and regulatory purposes, with appropriate controls for escalations and reporting-Oversee treasury management activities, ensuring effective cash management and optimization of capital utilization-Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance.
