As a Training Manager and Solutions Engineer, I’ve led large-scale programs that trained over workers across one of the nation’s largest electoral jurisdictions, ensuring smooth system deployment and consistent user adoption across diverse teams.Beyond elections, my experience extends into system implementation, public speaking, product development, business development, HR, project management, certification, and software/hardware testing. I’m passionate about taking complex technologies or concepts and making them clear, relatable, and actionable—for audiences ranging from frontline workers to senior executives.
