About Nicholas Chow

I am a sophomore at the Kelley School of Business, majoring in Finance and Information Systems. I have developed an interest in consulting and technology and the related coursework, which has helped me gain more knowledge about the industry, making me an ideal candidate for this position. Living in the Bay Area, where technology and business collide, has influenced me greatly. I have been able to experience cutting-edge technologies, emerging trends, and disruptive business models, giving me a first-hand look at how technology is transforming industries. Through the courses I have taken at the Kelley School of Business so far, I have learned valuable skills relating to finance, Microsoft Excel, consulting, and more. For example, in Technology and Business Analysis, I learned how to utilize Excel to create various finance models and databases. Through several business-oriented organizations, my involvement at Indiana University allowed me to develop transferable interpersonal and leadership skills. As the Pledge Class Diversity Equity and Inclusion Chair of Phi Chi Theta Business Fraternity, I can facilitate discussions and organize events with my peers to promote inclusion and equitableness.
