Responsible for leading both the internal and external training efforts, ensuring that our training team operates at maximum efficiency. I take pride in providing a high-quality training service to our customers and colleagues, utilising strategic planning and creating learning development materials. To establish our training needs, I develop and utilise competency frameworks. One of my main goals is to ensure that NBS products and services are effectively taken up and continue to be used. To achieve this, I work to enhance the skills and confidence of our internal colleagues through product and soft skills training.
