As a Co-Founder and Executive Director at Nichub, I lead a team of 10 staff and over 300 volunteers in efforts to empower young people and professionals through innovative programs and initiatives. Specifically, I manage the Growth Mentorship Program, which equips emerging leaders with the skills and mindset required for long-term career success. Through this and other programs, I have helped over young people experience personal and professional growth, guiding them through their career journeys while contributing to community development.Additionally, I oversee Karia, a CareerTech initiative designed to connect people with meaningful career opportunities and experienced career coaches. TMy role combines strategic leadership, mentorship, and a passion for creating sustainable career growth solutions, all aligned with our mission to shape the next generation of leaders across Africa.
