I am a driven young professional with 7 years of industry experience in technology transfer, validation, manufacturing, quality, operational excellence, and process development roles. I am passionate about being a collaborative, cross-functional leader who delivers innovative, sustainable, and inexpensive healthcare solutions to patients while empowering others.In September 2023, I completed AstraZeneca’s Operations Global Graduate Program. I am currently at AstraZeneca\'s drug substance manufacturing site in Frederick, Maryland supporting both clinical and commercial products through tech transfer and process analytics. I am also currently pursuing an MBA through Lehigh University.I have experience working at Amgen\'s Rhode Island site in the Learning & Performance Department and at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. as a Global Technical Operations Co-op supporting solid oral dose OTC products. I am also passionate about public policy, education, and mentoring. I am continuously learning every day and I am eager to provide an optimistic perspective.
