Nicholas helps individuals with large concentrated stock positions tax efficiently diversify their holdings and manage risk. He works closely with commercial real estate owners to offer strategies to help defer taxable consequence in the sale of property. He and his team assist business owners in preparing for the sale of their business and support building out an tax efficient exit strategy. He found his passion for finance and investment planning through seeing a certain need for help in the lives of many individuals and families. He believes that communication and client understanding are the most important factors in a successful professional relationship. Whether through the use of traditional investments like stocks and bonds or alternative investments Nicholas personalizes portfolios for each clients individual needs. Nicholas attended Seattle Pacific University and played soccer for the Falcons as a freshman. He transferred to Las Vegas to complete an undergraduate degree in Business Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and later went on to complete his MBA in Business Administration. In his free time he enjoys serving on the San Diego Boys & Girls Club Foundation as a Board Member, swimming, playing soccer, surfing, cycling, and living a healthy lifestyle. Nicholas was born in Galway, Ireland and has lived all over the United States. He prides himself on his involvement with the local San Diego community and giving back to a city he truly loves.
