Developed a data tracking procedure to capture design studio revenue immediately after an appointment as opposed to the four-to-six-month delay they originally dealt with. Provided management the ability to understand sales metrics from the design studio from an analytical viewpoint. Created visual representations of these metrics that helped management and our various customer CFO’s to clearly understand the data. Used financial modeling techniques to discover opportunities to increase the average spend in our design studios. Targeted strategies included: adjusting price strategies, designer sales training, design studio layout, etc. Sales metrics provided our designers with a template to allocate budgeted dollars during SPEC home designing more efficiently.
