I’m a construction Project Manager and former U.S. Army Infantry Officer who specializes in delivering complex commercial projects through disciplined planning, strong leadership, and effective project controls.After more than eight years serving as an Army officer and Company Commander, I developed the ability to lead teams, manage resources, and execute complex operations in high-pressure environments. I now apply that same leadership mindset to the construction industry, where successful projects depend on coordination, accountability, and precise execution.In my current role with Webb Construction, I manage a range of commercial projects including office renovations, historic building restorations, medical facility upgrades, bank expansions, and large-scale gym developments. I oversee projects from preconstruction planning through final delivery, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, procurement, cost control, and quality management.I have developed particular expertise in project scheduling and controls using Primavera P6, along with budgeting, logistics coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication. My focus is always on maintaining schedule discipline, controlling costs, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.My goal is simple: lead well-run projects, build strong relationships with owners and partners, and consistently deliver results that organizations and communities can rely on.
