I love helping customers, building teams, and technology. I have been extremely fortunate for the last decade to land in the world of Customer Success. This career has enabled me to marry my natural ability with my passion for helping businesses scale and grow. So why do I love what I do? First: The concept of helping people, either clients or employees, to become successful is the single most gratifying part of my job. Second: Solving complex problems and building teams and businesses fuel me. Third: There is so much to continue learning and building within Customer Success. We are just getting started! I have worked in Fortune 500, Unicorn Fintech, and Start-Up Tech Companies within my career. But, to this point, the biggest highlight of my career has been the fun and challenging role of building a Global Customer Success Organization from the ground up. I always tell my team.“Pound for pound, we are the best customer success org in the world!”Outside of work, I continue to focus on helping people through my volunteer work, and I am always listening to a new podcast and playing sports.
