About Nicholas Tassone

With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing materials and commodity management, I am a seasoned and accomplished leader in global strategic sourcing and operational effectiveness. I currently serve as the Vice President of Global Strategic Sourcing at Cold Chain Technologies (CCT), a leading provider of thermal packaging solutions for the life sciences industry.In this role, I am responsible for all global cost reduction and supplier relations activities, supporting new product introduction, product rationalization, and quality business reviews. I also collaborate with the commercial team, network optimization, and engineering to set up new global locations based on solid business plans and site-setup activities. I leverage my Six Sigma Black Belt certification, lean manufacturing, and 5S skills to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
