I’m currently a Delivery Manager at Chemours, where I get to work with an incredible team in New Product Development program within the Advanced Performance Materials business. With over 4 years of experience in business analysis and project management, along with an MBA, I\'ve built a solid foundation in agile methodologies, data analysis, and business development. My certifications as a SAFe Practitioner and Scrum Master are key to my approach in helping teams stay on track and deliver results in fast-moving environments.One of the things I enjoy most in my role is collaborating across different work streams—from product management to supply chain and R&D—to bring new products to life. I’ve been fortunate to lead business development projects that improved operational efficiency while keeping performance and quality intact.
