About Nicholas Steenbergh
I am currently a recent graduate from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University of Oxford, Ohio. I majored in Human Capital Management and Leadership. On campus, I was involved with leadership positions in Sigma Alpha Mu and SHRM throughout my 3.5 years. These experiences and lessons I have learned here let me I take pride in my ability to effectively communicate with others and create long lasting relationships. I also like to advocate my decision-making ability in high stress scenarios and finding the best solution. I am seeking to advance my knowledge by studying for the SHRM-CP exam. Due to this fact I am seeking employment starting in June preferably in a HR role. My main areas of focus are companies hiring generalist positions that will let me gain experience and will have room for internal promotionI have grown up working at a company called AutoPayPlus, where I have worked in several departments including Sales, Operations Management, Project Management, and Advisory Services.
