For 16 years I was inside one of the most complex healthcare IT environments in the world - NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, spanning Columbia University and Weill Cornell Medicine - managing systems where a wrong configuration isn\'t a bug report, it\'s a patient safety event.My work sits at an intersection most people don\'t know exists: the gap between clinical credentialing systems and the EMR. Hospitals assume they talk to each other. They don\'t. Privileges granted in Symplr or MD-Staff are never validated against what a physician can actually order in Epic at the point of care. I identified this vulnerability at NYP, built compensating controls that reduced unauthorized procedure requests by 80%- and as of 2026, no commercial vendor has solved it.That\'s the kind of problem I find and fix.What I bring to consulting engagements: • Clinical credentialing architecture (Symplr, MD-Staff, MSOW) and its integration with Epic EMR • Enterprise identity governance at scale - SailPoint IIQ, Ping Federate, Zero Trust, RBAC for clinical staff • AI implementation that actually ships - I\'ve compressed development cycles by 90% using Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and V0.dev • C-suite and Board-level communication - I\'ve presented to NYP\'s Board of Trustees and advised CISOs on risk exposure frameworks.Beyond enterprise healthcare IT, I operate as a Fractional CTO and Strategic Advisor for startups, nonprofits, and civic organizations. For example, as Founder of Marketito, I apply enterprise systems-thinking to public space economics - currently pursuing a NYC DOT concessionaire permit to activate the 34th Ave Open Street in Queens using AI-powered viability tools to de-risk local vendors.
