Shaw, a results-driven Supply Chain Management graduate from Anderson University with a strong foundation in logistics, procurement, and operations. As a certified Lean Six Sigma and Project Management professional, I bring process improvement and strategic planning skills to both academic and business environments. Outside the classroom, I compete as a long and triple jumper for Anderson’s Track & Field team, where I’ve learned the value of resilience, discipline, and leadership under pressure.Furthermore, Since 2022, I’ve owned and operated Nicktheeflipper LLC, a licensed vintage clothing business based in South Carolina. I lead a team of five, manage sourcing and inventory, coordinate regional events, and build community around fashion and storytelling.My work experience also includes my current role at Engineered Products, where I lead Gate 1 operations and support materials logistics — ensuring accurate shipping/receiving, coordinating inventory flow, and improving internal processes for efficiency and accuracy.
